1. Refund and Exchange Policy

I placed an order, when will my order ship?

Please allow 24 to 48hrs processing time. Production time may require 1 to 3 days for your order to ship out. Average shipping time vary from 3 to 7 days.

Can I track my order?

Tracking numbers are updated once your order has been shipped.

If you are not satisfied with the product that we send to you, Can I get a refund?

You can request an exchange or refund within 7 days from the date you purchase it. However, once this period has elapsed, your product cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order with no penalty. You must cancel your order before the order ships.

2. Return Criteria

Can I return a defective product?
You can return or exchange your product if it is defective, dead on arrival, or damaged during shipment. To ensure that you exchange your product or get a refund, you must ensure that:

● The product is unopened and not tampered with

● The product is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and stickers intact.

● The product is unused and free from damage.

Before we initiate a refund or exchange, we will inspect the product to ensure that it meets our return criteria. Moreover, the product must be accompanied by proof of purchase for the refund process to be successful.
If you do not meet any of the above criteria, we reserve the right to not initiate a refund or exchange for your purchase.

3. Return Policy For Discounted Products

The products bought on sale or discounts cannot be returned, however, they can be exchanged. Only the products sold on regular pricing are eligible for refunds.
